I started getting leaner and stronger in my mid 50s, and it's become my passion. I never thought it was possible to eat healthy food on a daily basis or maintain my weight. I've been overweight most of my life.
I love staying fit and strong as I age. I hope to find friends who are as passionate about fitness as I am.
